Scheduling

Appointments are arranged based on availability, treatment area, and consultation needs so each client receives the right level of attention.

Ask about recovery, treatment goals, expected timing, and whether the area you want treated is a good candidate for consultation.

Clear expectations before booking.

Cancellation

Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of 50% of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of 100% of the deposit.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. That deposit can be applied toward your service, but part or all of it may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Late Arrival

Clients arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.

Bonita accepts major credit and debit cards. Clients who want to pay over time may apply through Cherry before final appointment scheduling is confirmed.
